Privacy Policy

Scriptwald Desktop is designed as an offline-first Windows application for creating, reviewing, validating, and exporting email and campaign assets. Its core local workflow is designed to operate on the user's Windows device using local application storage and the local file system.

• Core offline use does not require a Senioto account.
• Core offline use does not require the user to provide ESP, CRM, or marketing-platform credentials.
• Campaign briefs, generated assets, QA output, configuration data, and exported packages used in the core local workflow are intended to remain on the user's device unless the user deliberately exports, shares, or invokes a separately identified online feature.
• The core local workflow is not designed around advertising tracking or behavioral profiling.

If Scriptwald Desktop uses an optional online feature such as cloud AI, authentication, licensing, diagnostics, remote storage, or a third-party API, that feature may transmit the information necessary to provide it. We will describe material changes to such processing in this policy and, where required, provide notice or obtain consent before collection.

Depending on the Product and the features you use, we may process:

• Account and contact information: such as your name, email address, organization name, and support communications when you create an account or contact us.
• Product and device information: such as app version, operating system version, device type, language, crash information, diagnostic events, and technical identifiers used to operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve a Product.
• Content you choose to provide: information, files, text, configuration data, or other content you intentionally enter, import, upload, or process through a Product.
• Website and SaaS usage information: pages or features used, approximate location derived from IP address, browser information, and similar activity data when applicable.
• Transaction information: purchase or subscription status and transaction identifiers when needed to verify access. Payment card details are handled by the applicable payment provider or marketplace and are not stored by Senioto unless explicitly stated otherwise.

A specific Senioto Product may collect less information than described above. The core Scriptwald Desktop workflow is designed to minimize transmission of user content to Senioto. We do not intentionally access personal information that is unrelated to Product functionality, security, licensing, support, or legal compliance.

We use personal information to:

• provide, operate, maintain, and secure our Products;
• authenticate users and verify licenses or subscriptions;
• save settings, preferences, and user-requested Product data;
• diagnose errors, crashes, abuse, fraud, and security issues;
• respond to customer support and privacy requests;
• improve Product reliability, usability, and performance; and
• comply with applicable law and enforce our agreements.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. Where personal information is transmitted between a Product and our services, we use modern encrypted transport such as HTTPS/TLS. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel and service providers with a business need.

Some desktop features may store settings or user-created content locally on your device. Local data remains subject to the security of your device and operating system. No security method is perfect, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to the following categories of recipients:

• service providers that support hosting, authentication, databases, email, analytics, diagnostics, customer support, payment processing, or other Product infrastructure;
• marketplace and platform providers, including Microsoft, when needed for distribution, licensing, purchases, fraud prevention, or Store functionality;
• professional advisors such as legal, accounting, or security providers; and
• government authorities or other parties when required by law, legal process, or to protect users, Senioto, or the public.

We do not publish or disclose your personal information to an outside service for an unrelated purpose without the consent required by applicable law.

Our Products may use third-party services or platform features. Those providers may process information under their own privacy policies. When a Product is obtained through the Microsoft Store, Microsoft may separately process Store account, transaction, telemetry, licensing, and marketplace information under Microsoft's own terms and privacy practices. Senioto does not control Microsoft's independent processing.

Our website or SaaS Products may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functionality, security, preferences, and analytics. Where required, non-essential cookies are used only with appropriate consent. You may also control cookies through your browser settings.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the Product, maintaining security and transaction records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary by information type and Product. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it where reasonably practicable.

Depending on your location and the Product, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information associated with you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent.

You may also remove locally stored Product data by using available Product controls, signing out, deleting local files where applicable, or uninstalling the desktop application. Uninstalling an application does not automatically delete information stored in an online account unless the Product states otherwise.

Unless a particular Product expressly states otherwise, Senioto Products are intended for general business and productivity use and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

Our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers of personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our Products, features, providers, or legal obligations change. We will update the date above when we make material revisions. Product-specific disclosures may supplement this policy where necessary.
